Does Israel have any right to settle in Judea and Samaria?
Defining Israel’s borders, and establishing why the Jewish people have decided to make their national home in that region of the Middle East, is often portrayed as a clouded and complex thing to do. It feels even more complex when one wants to discuss Judea and Samaria, known also as The West Bank, as it has been considered as land for a Palestinian state. Many say that Israel has no right to build there.
